Rent Plants for your booth at AWWA Conference 2025

We rent plants. Not only for weddings, corporate and other social events, but also for day-to day needs like real estate staging. We have everything from tall tree-sized plants, to small terrarium style centerpieces. We build all of our quotes from scratch, based on your needs and budget. We have options that are more high-end and options that are very budget-friendly. 

We rent both real and silk plants, and have a ton of variety in both options. Some situations call for silks, some for fresh - and our team can help you understand the differences. 

Small Plants & Centerpieces
Designer's choice plant rental (whatever we have in stock that looks great) Blooming plants can add $2-10 per plant These prices are starting prices!

• 6" plant rental in in-stock white/black/gray pots - $22 each
• 8" Plant rental in in-stock white/black/gray pots - $36 each
• Macramé hangers to hang rental plants in white or black - $7 each

Specialty & client choice plant rental not including rare plants

• 4" plant rental in in-stock white/black/gray pots - $15 each
• 6" plant rental in in-stock white/black/gray pots - $28 each
• 8" Plant rental in in-stock white/black/gray pots - $40 each
• Macramé hangers to hang rental plants in white or black - $7 each

Large Plants & Trees - based upon availability

• 3' trees & Bushes (schefflera, philodendron, monstera, dracaena, snake plants, ZZ, peace lilies, various ficus) - These come in a 10" rental planter - $55 each
• 4' trees (schefflera, philodendron, monstera, dracaena, assorted ficus) - These come in a 12" - rental pot $75 each
• 5' trees (schefflera, cinnamon trees, various ficus) - These come in a 12-14" rental pot - $110 each
• 6' trees (schefflera, cinnamon trees, various ficus)- These come in a white/black/gray pots or a 14"+ planter in cream with wooden legs. -$165 (+)
• 7'+ trees & custom requests - pricing available upon inquiry.
• 12-14" pots with full, 24-36" wide bushy plants (large philodendrons, dracena, monstera, ferns, etc.) These come in a 14"+ planter - $60-75 each.

Options:

• Silk trio - $145 - great for outdoor events that have sun exposure! We use a 6' tall plant, a 4' tall plant, and a lower, bushy plant to create a planty moment for your event.
• Smaller Silk trio - $120 - great for outdoor events that have sun exposure! We use a 4' tall plant, a 3' tall plant, and a lower, bushy plant to create a planty moment for your event.
• Fresh Trio - $169 - These are real plants, and we use a 6' tall plant, a 4' tall plant, and a lower, bushy plant to create a planty moment for your event. Plant types are subject to availability.
• Smaller Fresh Trio - $130 - These are real plants. We use a 4' tall plant, a 3' tall plant, and a lower, bushy plant to create a planty moment for your event.

We provide bulk greenery for events and weddings, rental plants for centerpieces and gorgeous luxurious ceiling installations, walls, and ceremony design.
