Syngonium or Arrowhead Plant
Syngonium is in the family Araceae, making it an aroid! These plants are native to tropical rainforests in Mexico and Central to South America. They are woody vines growing to heights of 10–20 m or more in trees. They keep the shape of an arrow and as they grow larger the leaves start to grow lobes!
Basic Care Tips and Tricks:
1. Syngonium prefer bright indirect light - so placing in a east or west facing window will be perfect!
2. Syngonium grow upwards - as they grow their leaves lobe to let in more light and protect from tearing in the wind!
3. Water your Syngonium when it is about 50% of the way dry! They don't want to go desert dry, but also don't want to be bog wet.
