Airplants, or tillandsia are blooming epiphytic plants that live on tree branches in tropical and subtropical environments. These awesome plants need no soil (epiphytes), but they love humidity and moisture. They are in the same family as bromeliads! You should mist or wet your airplants regularly. In our dry Colorado climate, you could mist them every day and they'd be happy (or a few times a week!). They love indirect light, and they'd be happy in a bathroom or kitchen where you notice them all the time.
